I, the undersigned, commission Rabbi Martin S. Cohen to effect the sale of any leavened products in my possession, specifically of the kind forbidden for consumption or possession on Passover, to a non-Jewish purchaser of his own choosing. I understand that this sale will go into effect on the morning on Erev Pesach, corresponding to March 27, 2021, and will be definitive and final. Should the purchaser default on the full payment of the purchase price by the deadline of 8:30 PM on Sunday, April 4, 2021, thus in effect voiding the sale, I understand that the goods in question will revert to my own ownership and control.
